EDEI analysis & measurement
At ODISEE we love data and we can help you identify what to collate, how to analyse it and how to present it. Using data will help guide you through the initial stages of your EDEI journey. Ongoing, regular data collation and analysis will enable you to monitor your performance and set KPIs and targets for the future.
Examples include:
- Quantitative workforce analysis and insight into the data from a people management perspective to assist with project identification and action planning
- Qualitative employee discussions and workshops to understand real work based issues and scenarios related to EDEI and how to create better support networks, events and awareness raising
- Identify solutions which measure the outcomes of EDEI activities to enable reviews to be undertaken and for revisions to be made
