Experience in people management across retail, e-business and sport. Previous organisations include management positions in Staples Office Superstores and Wickes Building Supplies and senior management and leadership positions in Travis Perkins, Ladbrokes Coral and Chelsea Football Club.

Specialisms in people management include reward, engagement and recognition; resourcing and talent attraction; strategic people management; organisational culture and values; and diversity and inclusion strategies in the workforce.
